To the extent permitted by law, Earthbloom Flowerstore accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website, or for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit or otherwise howsoever beyond the cost paid for those goods.
Same Day Delivery
Earthbloom Flowerstore is able to deliver any product within the same day in the Nelson-Blenheim-Marlborough region.
For same day delivery on weekends or public holidays orders must be received before 12.00pm.
Earthbloom Flowerstore will try its utmost to deliver any product within the time frame indicated. However we do not guarantee delivery of any product if the recipient refuses to accept the gift, if the address provided is not correct or complete, if the recipient is not at the address specified or it is unsafe to enter the address. If the recipient is not at the address specified when the delivery is made our contracted courier or staff member will do their best to leave the product in a safe location. If we do leave the delivery in what we believe to be a safe location we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged.
In the unlikely event that a product cannot be delivered it will be brought back to our store or to our agents premises and we will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery time and date. The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
Earthbloom Flowerstore may, depending on the circumstances, refund the price of a product. We are also able to offer other solutions such as resending a product or resending an alternative gift of the same value. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our complete discretion.
